Temporary Student Assistants in the Community College [RF: 2016/17-FT-201-JDB]
Duties: The appointees will provide clerical support in the areas of student registration, admissions, academic affairs, examination and general administration. The contract will normally be carried for 3-5 months during summer 2017.
Requirements: (i) Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent; or (ii) Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent. Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua, proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing. Students who are currently pursuing a study at post-secondary level or above are preferred. Preference will be given to those who are immediately available.
