    Executive Assistant I / Executive Assistant II in the International College  [RF: 2016/17-FT-250-JDB]


    Monthly Salary Range:

    HK$16,780 - HK$27,610 (Grade of Executive Assistant I)

    HK$10,775 - HK$21,380 (Grade of Executive Assistant II)

    Duties: The appointee will provide general administrative support to undergraduate/postgraduate programmes, including admission, timetabling, liaison with internal and external parties (e.g. overseas lecturers), visa application, maintenance of student records, examinations, general/telephone enquiries, English and Chinese word processing and filing as well as supporting college and school wide publicity campaigns and events, and other office duties as assigned by supervisor. Overtime work during weekend may be required.

    Requirements: Candidate should possess a Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree. A Bachelor degree holder is preferable. He/She should be good in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) with strong interpersonal and communication skills and proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel and basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop) and Chinese word processing. Ability to work independently and willingness to take up responsibilities are essential.

    Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract.
