    Executive Assistant II in the Community College  [RF: 2016/17-FT-259-CTOL]


    Monthly Salary Range: HK$10,775 - HK$21,380

    Duties: The appointee will provide support on matters relating to student records and registration, programme selection and courses add/drop/swap exercises, and payment of tuition fee. He/She will also provide support to various College services and events such as admission and orientation, timetabling, examinations, counter services, student/public enquiries, maintenance of database, general administration and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

    Requirements: Candidate should possess a Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree with around 1-2 years¡¦ general administration experience, a Bachelor¡¦s degree holder will be an advantage. He/She should be independent, detail-minded and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and under pressure. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing are essential.

    Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Medical and dental benefits, annual leave and the use of sports and library facilities will be provided where applicable. The School also provides staff development opportunities.
