    Executive Officer (College Affairs) in the College of Business and Finance  [RF: 2017/18-FT-074-SCOL]


    Monthly Salary Range: HK$20,705 ¡V HK$43,350

    Duties: The appointee will provide administrative support to the College Secretariat, particularly in relation to boards and committees, and work with programme teams on matters relating to quality assurance, Continuing Education Fund, public affairs, registry affairs, part-time teachers and finance. He/She may also be required to serve several College-wide working groups and projects.

    Requirements: Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and 4-5 years¡¦ relevant work experience. Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), organizational and communication skills, ability to attend to details and work independently under pressure, and strong computer proficiency are required. Experience in serving boards and committees would be preferred together with experience in event planning and co-ordination work.

    Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract.
