魏梓健文學副學士（語言及人文學科）﹣雙語研究

由一個「失敗」的理科人轉化成一個「成功」的文科人，過程絕不容易；由不獲任何大學取錄到取得多間大學取錄，苦盡甘來的感覺很奇妙。現在我就讀香港中文大學歷史系三年級，有機會感受大學的文化，「上莊」、「DEM BEAT」、玩「院慶」等，這些改變都是有賴港大附屬學院 (CC) 對我的幫助。當時文憑試慘遭滑鐵盧，我十分迷惘，之後毅然報讀CC的文學副學士課程。除文科的課程外，我還有機會學習其他範疇的知識，例如社會學、心理學、語言學等。此外，過程中身邊有着一班「戰友」，大家緊密合作解決難題，這些磨練、經驗，都十分難能可貴，在大學甚至將來投身社會亦能運用。很肯定的說，在CC，付出和收穫是成正比的，非常感謝講師對我的栽培，同學對我的幫助，使我更珍惜身邊的一切，助我全面地成長。最後想向各位分享我的座右銘：「忘記背後，努力面前，向着標竿直跑」，希望大家一起努力向着目標邁進！查看詳情

司徒頌明 Year 1 student of Bachelor of Engineering in The Chinese University of Hong Kong

Failure is the first step towards success. I got a bad result in the HKDSE examination. University entry seemed far away from me. However, the Higher Diploma in Logistics and Transport programme helped me achieve my goal. In this programme, I found what I am interested in. The lecturers who are from different logistics backgrounds passed on a lot of knowledge during the lectures, which were relevant to what I am studying now. There are lots of internship opportunities and competitions for me to gain practical experience that goes beyond the knowledge from textbooks. After my first year of study, I received two offers, a Bachelor of Engineering from CUHK and a Bachelor of Engineering in Energy Science and Engineering from CityU. With an unsatisfactory result in HKDSE, my university dream was seemly distant. Instead of being desperate, under the recommendation of my seniors, I chose HKU SPACE CC to achieve my dream again. Two-year college life flies, and what I acquired is not simply the bachelor’s degree offers from prestigious local universities, more importantly, the enlightenment and encouragement from my lecturers and companions; that enabled me to be a better person. 謝可盈文學副學士（語言及人文學科）－英文及英語文學研究

自港大附屬學院畢業後，我於同年入讀香港大學文學院二年級，主修比較文學。自己一直有志入讀港大文學院，這成了我選擇港大附屬學院的主要原因。很幸運地學院讓我直接入讀副學士二年級，雖然已經畢業多年，回想起「那些年」，仍很懷念在學院讀書的日子。學院的講師都十分有教學熱誠，備課充份，知識廣博，樂意與學生分享看法，這無形中訓練我的獨立思維能力。我很享受同學一起努力學習的日子，大家都以升讀大學為目標，一起奮鬥的感覺很好！在港大附屬學院學習讓我日後更易適應大學課程，且有很好的成績。查看詳情

盧浩橋文學副學士（語言及人文學科） - 中國語言、文學及文化

從第一屆的文憑試到第二屆的自修，覺得自己由一個地獄走出來，那時我覺得努力定有回報，然而世事往往不如人意，最後還是要踏上副學士的路途。兩年前以為等待自己的是另一個地獄；後來才明白多得這趟地獄之旅，自己才能蛻變成今天的我。現在對這裡仍有點不捨。在最初選擇孤身上路，不與人交流，只靠自己，與別人合作稍有不合就把問題歸咎他人，心高氣傲，剛愎自用。這是我的寫照，同時也是大部份人的寫照。進入第二年選擇了主科後，遇到一群志同道合的好朋友，一起奮鬥。感覺不再是孤單一人，而是和朋友一起並肩作戰。中文組的老師對我們也呵護備至，不但會回答習作及課堂上的問題，也會為我們升學提供幫助。不知不覺間已喜歡上這裡的學習環境，對學院依依不捨。我在這裡建議大家要以最適合自己的方式讀書。不需強迫自己跟隨別人的步伐，而是努力尋找一班志同道合的朋友，修讀自己感興趣的科目，一起上課，合作做project，這就是我在太空的成功之道。查看詳情

Two years ago, I came to HKU SPACE CC with hesitation and frustration, but now I am proud enough to say that the college’s study has turned my life to a brand new page. In AALS, not only have I been allowed to take courses in law, humanities and social sciences, which expand my range of interests and knowledge, more importantly, my caliber has been effectively sharpened through intensive learning in debating, thesis writing, and presentation.
