It is the policy of The University of Hong Kong that fees paid are neither refundable nor transferable except as statutorily provided or under very exceptional circumstances. Please refer to this link for details.

* For those who meet the stated refund requirements, please bring the required documents in person to our College Office at 2/F, Lee Shiu Building, HKU SPACE Community College, Kowloon East Campus at 28 Wang Hoi Road, Kowloon Bay to submit the refund application during the refund application period. Late application will NOT be considered.
