I had studied a higher diploma programme and a bachelor's degree programme before applying for this IT programme at HKU SPACE CC. Before joining CC, I had doubts about my career path in the future. After two years of study, I've learnt about IT knowledge throughout various assignments, group discussions, and projects. I have met many excellent lecturers, and also some great classmates. Lecturers helped me to enhance and develop my IT skills in networking and programming, they always encouraged me to strive for the best. I changed my attitude towards learning and made a great progress. This college provided me with a wonderful learning environment and atmosphere and I’ve achieved my goal at last. I got a HKU offer of 4-year Social Sciences programme. In fact,I didn't think that I would get this offer before interview. I just consider that if I apply this programme, I have 50% to get the offer; if I don't apply this programme, I have 0% to get the offer. After the interview, I felt satisfied with my performance. But I i didn't think about it anymore. "I do the best, God do the rest!" To me, I believe if something belong to me, they will belong to me, and vice versa. After HKDSE, I enrolled into the Higher Diploma in Marketing program at HKU SPACE Community College to explore a new career path after some guidance from my family members. Throughout the last two years, I had gained an increased awareness of my strengths and weaknesses and for another pathway to university. The programme has covered extensive marketing concepts and theories, practical skills for today's world, and useful elements such as group projects and presentations which hones my creativity, critical thinking and communication skills. All my lecturers were knowledgeable and supportive, they made lessons engaging with real case studies and their own experiences in the industry. They were also enthusiastic to help students with any questions or difficulties. Overall, I'm grateful for the holistic education I received throughout this programme.
