This programme has provided me with a solid foundation knowledge of business management which can be linked with my university studies. The teachers were extremely helpful and answered all my questions during my studies. It was definitely worthy to spend 2 years in HKU SPACE CC in order to prepare for studying in university.

Gavin Law Graduate of Higher Diploma in Library and Information Management in 2013-14

This programme provides fundamental modules that equip students with knowledge in information management (IM) and librarianship. Having completed this programme, I was able to broaden my knowledge in IM and develop confidence to face different challenges in real-life environment. On the other hand, lecturers’ support was a key to the success in my study as they provided much academic and career supports through sharing of their knowledge and experience, providing advices in career path selection and professional guidance through frequent face-to-face interactions and email exchanges. After graduation, I furthered my study in the UK and completed my first degree, BSc in Information and Communications, and was admitted to MSc in Library and Information management in HKU afterwards.
