Workshop on How to Support Secondary Students with Emotional Distress
Nowadays, secondary students are stressed by various factors like study pressures, interpersonal relationships, family issues, uncertainty about their future and so on. Some youngsters may even experience emotional illnesses or exhibit self-harm behaviours if their emotional distress remains unresolved.
Through an emotional perspective and real case sharing, this workshop aims to help participants to know how to assist secondary students in coping with their emotional struggles, supporting them on a journey of listening and understanding!
