With the motto “Education with a Global Vision”, HKU SPACE International College was established in 2003 to offer full-time international degree programmes to sub-degree holders. In the past 19 years, nearly 9,000 graduates obtained a bachelor’s degree through the College. Recently, full-time business and media programmes at year-one entry-level have been made available for HKDSE/IB graduates. 

Full-time international degree programmes for AD/HD/HKDSE/IB graduates: 
• Degrees are awarded by internationally recognised universities in the UK and Australia 
• More than 10 programmes are locally accredited at HKQF Level 5▲. Full-time students enrolled in these programmes are eligible to apply for the HKSAR Government’s grants and low interest loans, i.e. FASP and NLSPS.
• Tuition Fee: HK$81,000 - $270,000 
• Scholarships and bursaries are available 
• Classes are conducted at Admiralty Learning Centre
• Students can access HKU libraries and sport facilities

These are exempted courses under the Non-local Higher and Professional Education (Regulation) Ordinance. It is a matter of discretion for individual employers to recognise any qualification to which these courses may lead.
