Student Identity Card Photo-taking and Collection
For students who did not have their student cards made during the orientation day, make-up sessions will be available at Kowloon East Campus on the following days. You are required to present the original copy of personal identity document(s)* for verification in order to collect the Student Identity Card.

The Student Identity Card and the Facilities Access Card are student identification documents which give you the right to access the College's facilities and services.
The Student Identity Card should be carried at all times for access to College premises and facilities, e.g. the reference library on the 4/F of Kowloon East Campus. The Facilities Access Card enables you to gain access to The University of Hong Kong (HKU) libraries to borrow designated books and journals, as well as to use its sports facilities.

Collection
You are required to present the original copy of personal identity document(s)* for verification in order to collect the Student Identity Card. The schedule of Facilities Access Card collection will be announced via the student online platform - Learner Portal in late September.
*Note: The personal identity documents that you used for admission application, for example:
(1) Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card / Identity Card showing the right to land status; or
(2) Valid Passport and One-way Permit / Dependent Visa
