Make-up Sessions for Student Identity Card
For students who did not have their student cards made during the orientation days, make-up sessions will be available at Kowloon East Campus on the following days.
Students are required to present the HKID card when collecting your Student Card. If you are not a permanent resident in Hong Kong, besides the HKID card, you must also bring and present the following identity documents for verification: One-way Permit for Entry to Hong Kong, HKSAR Document of Identity, the Landing Slip stamped on your travel document, Notification Slip for Entry for Entry Visa/Permit, Notification Slip for Conditions of Stay, etc. Please note that the original copy of personal identity document(s) is required for verification.

Facilities Access Card (FAC)
The virtual Facilities Access Card (FAC) via the Mobile@HKUL app enables you to gain access to The University of Hong Kong (HKU) libraries to borrow designated books and journals, as well as to use its sports facilities. More information regarding the virtual FAC will be announced via the student online platform - Learner Portal in late September.
