Registration for Counselor Day 2023

As the old saying goes, “Teenagers don't know the taste of sorrow”. However, secondary students nowadays are stressed out by various factors such as heavy workload at school, interpersonal relationships, family issues, among others. Some youngsters may suffer from emotional illness or even display various forms of self-harming behaviours.

Through case studies and sharing, the workshop titled “How to support secondary students with emotional distress” aims to provide guidance to secondary school teachers on how to support students to cope with their distress from the emotional perspective.

Time: 3:00pm – 4:30pm

Target: Secondary school teachers

Venue: Lee Shiu Building, HKU SPACE Community College, Kowloon East Campus
