Programme Aims & Features
The programme features 6 themes. Upon completion of the first year curriculum, students will specialize in one of the four themes in the second year of their study (except Japanese Studies and Korean Studies themes), and, at the same time, select a combination of courses offered by the other themes.
Korean Studies
This programme aims to provide students with a broad-based arts education as well as a strong foundation in Korean. Students are able to acquire basic Korean language skills, develop communicative competence in everyday situations and gain valuable insight into Korean culture and contemporary Korean society.

It was a challenging yet worthwhile experience for me to study in the CC for two years. Reminder to all present and future Korean Studies students at CC, once you put effort into your academics, everything will work out nicely.

The lecturers at CC were dedicated to teaching and guiding students in a best-learning environment. There are a variety of courses available with engaging lectures and captivating content at CC. Particularly in the Korean Studies theme, I gained insight into Korean history and culture that enhanced my learning at HKU now. It is definitely worth to study at CC if you want a fruitful learning experience!

入讀副學士當然希望能接駁學士學位，對我來說，這更是一個機會令我認識自己，找到自己真正感興趣的領域。我一開始並沒有訂立目標，例如GPA要「爆四」。然而我不斷提醒自己：只要盡力就好，不要留任何遺憾。憑著這個信念，我在就讀副學士的一年裡收穫良多，亦結識到一班志同道合的朋友！

別以為副學士就是「低人一等」，在這裡體驗的人生觀用錢也買不到，因為大家都希望可以「成功上岸」，每天都竭盡全力溫書，不希望因懶惰而失去上大學的機會。另外，多虧遇上細心的講師和積極進取的同學，全賴他們的幫助我才可以走到這一步。這兩年並不可以說很順利，但一切都是值得的。
