Celebrating Excellence: HKU SPACE Community College Award Presentation Ceremony

The HKU SPACE Community College Award Presentation Ceremony took place on 12 March at the Kowloon East Campus, awarding 15 scholarships and bursaries to nearly 120 students. In his opening speech, Professor William K.M. Lee, Director of HKU SPACE, highlighted the College's dedication "to offering a supportive platform where students can realise their academic aspirations and explore the opportunities that lie ahead in both their personal and professional journeys".

Thanks to the generous support from various sectors, the College received donations totaling over HK$9.5 million, in recognition of students’ exceptional achievements in academic excellence, voluntary work, and personal growth. Furthermore, close to 570 students received the "Self-financing Post-secondary Scholarship" from the HKSAR Government, with a total value exceeding HK$10 million.
