Highlights of Cultural Diversity Activities

The Cultural Diversity Team, a student mentorship programme supported by the Student Development and Counselling Services (SDCS), organized a series of cultural activities between February and March 2026 to promote cross-cultural communication and inclusion.  These initiatives attracted nearly 600 participants from HKU SPACE Community College (CC) and HKU SPACE Po Leung Kuk Stanley Ho Community College (HPSHCC), demonstrating strong student interest and active participation.

Key highlights of the event included cultural outings, art and sports activities, a movie night, and the signature Multicultural Fantasia Day, held on 26 March at the Kowloon East Campus.  The event featured cultural booths, handcraft activities, interactive games, traditional snack tasting, and cultural dance performances, creating a vibrant and immersive multicultural experience.

These activities enhanced student engagement and enriched campus life by fostering meaningful cultural exchange and mutual understanding.
