Report-back Session on Joint College Study Tours

On 22 July 2025, the first Joint College Study Tours Report-back Session was successfully held in the College Theatre at the Lee Shiu Building of the HKU SPACE Community College. The event provided a meaningful platform and brought students from HKU SPACE Community College (CC) and HKU SPACE Po Leung Kuk Community College (HPSHCC) together to reflect on and share their unique learning experiences after participating in one of the following overseas study tours:

  • Oxford Summer English Language Programme (CC)
  • Hertford College, University of Oxford Summer Visit Programme on Business Skills (CC)
  • ASPIRE Intensive English Program in Canada, University of British Columbia (HPSHCC)
  • UK Business Study Tour at University of Hull (HPSHCC)

The session featured an inspiring opening speech by Professor William Lee, Director of HKU SPACE and College Principal of HPSHCC, and was attended by distinguished guests from both colleges. Through engaging student presentations, the event successfully highlighted key academic insights and personal growth.

All participating students not only showcased their learning outcomes but also demonstrated how these international experiences broadened their horizons, boosted their confidence, and enhanced their intercultural understanding. The session concluded with group photos and heartfelt exchanges, marking a memorable celebration of cross-college collaboration and student achievement.
