FSTE Outstanding Award for Student Integrated Service (OASIS)

With the close collaboration and support from both the academic programme teams and administrative teams across the College, the Student Development and Counselling Services (SDCS) is honoured to have received the inaugural Outstanding Award for Student Integrated Service (OASIS) presented by the Federation for Self-financing Tertiary Education (FSTE). This recognition reflects the whole College's collaborative and dedicated commitment to enhancing student development, wellbeing, and success through a holistic and student-centred approach.

The Acting College Principal Prof. Sonny Lo, College Vice Principal (Administration) Dr. Shirley Chow, and College Associate Vice Principal (Academic Affairs) Dr. Esther Cheung have been providing tremendous support to the team in advancing student success. Also, they have been allowing great flexibility and showing respect, as well as giving strong financial support and trust to the team to develop the whole-person development services for our students.

At the Excellence in Education Forum held on 24 August 2026, SDCS was pleased to share the team’s successful experiences and innovative practices in enriching our students’ learning experiences with representatives from other tertiary institutions. The sharing session highlighted the collaborative effort of the College in fostering a holistic student experience, supporting students' personal and career development, and the success of our students through participating in Student Mentorship Programme.
