Important Message from College Principal - Updates on Teaching Arrangement for Semester 1, 2022-23
22 Aug 2022Dear Students,
Further to the announcement on 21 June 2022 that teaching for Semester 1 will be face-to-face (f2f) in principle, the College will follow HKU's arrangement that major teaching rooms will be occupied up to full capacity. All lectures will continue to be recorded and uploaded on SOUL, and there will be no live streaming except for the Associate of Chinese Medicine specialism courses.
Everyone who wishes to enter any part of the HKU campus or HKU SPACE premises must comply with the measures that align with the University. Please refer to our website's announcements (https://www.hkuspace.hku.hk/collection/covid-19-info) / Learner Portal (http://learner.hkuspace.hku.hk), which will be updated from time-to-time to take into account of possible changes in the Government policy and University arrangements.
If you are currently outside Hong Kong or planning to travel outside Hong Kong, please return to Hong Kong in time to attend f2f classes in mid-September, and note that all travellers entering Hong Kong would be subject to prevailing compulsory quarantine arrangement (https://www.coronavirus.gov.hk/eng/inbound-travel.html)
Please note that f2f teaching arrangement will be reviewed with reference to the latest health and travel advice issued by the HK SAR Government if the COVID-19 pandemic worsens significantly.
If you have any enquiries, don't hesitate to get in touch with the College (hotline at 3762 2000 or email ccad@hkuspace.hku.hk or cchd@hkuspace.hku.hk).
Please stay vigilant and well. We look forward to welcoming you to the start of the new academic year.
Prof LS Chan
College Principal
