Photo-taking for student identity card will be arranged on the Orientation Day.

You are required to present the original copy of personal identity document(s)* for verification in order to collect the student identity card.

*Note: The personal identity documents that you used for admission application, for example:
(1) Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card / Identity Card showing the right to land status; or
(2) Valid Passport and One-way Permit / Dependent Visa

Facilities Access Card (FAC)

A virtual Facilities Access Card (FAC) would also be issued to each enrolled student. The virtual FAC via the Mobile@HKUL app enables you to gain access to The University of Hong Kong (HKU) libraries to borrow designated books and journals, as well as to use its sports facilities. More information regarding the virtual FAC will be announced via the student online platform - Learner Portal in late September.
